**The alumaguard will let us know to cut your new fabric to 81'' deep. This is for a Carefree of Colorado Eclipse Patio Electric Awning.

WHAT IS PIGMENT DISPLACEMENT?
Pigment displacement happens sometimes in shipping, it gives the allusion of pin holes but is not. What you are seeing is the clear scrim that the vinyl is then laid over.  What happened was the pigment moved during shipping, giving those allusions on the awning folds. It will correct itself over a couple of weeks, especially if you can get it in the sun.  We usually recommend you install and use this in the sun if possible, keep an eye on it and 99% of the time it will correct itself, but let us know if it does not. *See FAQ page for photos - CLICK HERE*

Our patio replacement awning fabric (also called main awnings) are made using a 18oz military grade coated vinyl, are UV/mildew resistant and double stitched with a marine grade thread.

Excellent product for an even better price!

Excellent product for an even better price! We've used Tough Top Awnings for lots of slideout toppers, but not for awnings yet. We will never go back to offering OEM to our customers - the quality of the fabric far outweighs OEM, and we get our orders fast!

Poor craftsmanship

Measured my awning exactly as you described. I had to cut it down by 15” to get it to fit. Found stitching on awning coming apart. I had to resew the awning to keep it from falling apart. Not impressed.

Looking at the photos:
You mentioned you cut this down. This does not appear to be how our awnings are made, there would be a binding on the left edge on the valance flap and a straight cut edge on it. Unfortunately If you cut down the matieral the stitching would unravel as it’s not secured anymore. Any more insight would be helpful. Thanks!

I got my new awning fabric installed on the RV today. Thanks to a great video on how to remove and replace it and a great product, it was a breeze.
Keep it up. It was refreshing to have it go as I thought it would.

We do not accept returns as these are custom made products.

Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all awnings to the lower 48 states only. We currently do not offer free shipping to stand-alone accessories.
If a customer has any “time constraints” please contact us and we will try and work within them.

We ship UPS. Once a shipment is entered into the UPS system, UPS will email customer with their shipping and tracking information.
