Purchasing and Shipping Procedure
SHIPPING PROCEDURE
- We offer FREE shipping on all awnings to the lower 48 states only. We currently do not offer free shipping to stand-alone accessories.

If a customer has any “time constraints” please contact us and we will try and work within them.

We ship UPS. Once a shipment is entered into the UPS system, UPS will email customer with their shipping and tracking information.
WARRANTY

5 year, No Questions Asked against manufacturer defects! Rips and tears that cause deformities in the fabric are clear examples of abuse and will not be treated as a warranty item. * Shipping fees may apply on warranty items.
REFUNDS:

If we make an error we fix it.

If you make an error we will work with you to reconcile the issue.
*This does not pertain to customer choosing a wrong color
*We are more than happy to mail color samples before buying.
- We do not accept returns as these are custom made products.

CANCELLATION POLICY

An order can always be cancelled prior to its actual production.

- All communications between Tough Top Awnings and any prospective customer is private and is not shared with anyone.
