hard to install cause im not good with ladders,finally got neighbor to help me.thats when i discovered MY mistake that i mismeasured by about 4 feet

Great Product, tough as nails new connection. Your information encouraged me to tackle this maintenance item. It really didn't go as easy, but I got it done. My old one was really bad and the awning flopped open. Took a lot to get it up into the install position. Next time I'll put the zip ties on loose before I open the awning.

If we make an error we fix it.
If you make an error we will work with you to reconcile the issue.
*This does not pertain to customer choosing a wrong color.
*We are more than happy to mail color samples before buying.
We do not accept returns as these are custom made products.

Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all awnings to the lower 48 states only. We currently do not offer free shipping to stand-alone accessories.
If a customer has any “time constraints” please contact us and we will try and work within them.

We ship UPS. Once a shipment is entered into the UPS system, UPS will email customer with their shipping and tracking information.
