The awning was exactly as advertised and fit perfectly. The quality exceeded my expectations, and we’re very happy with the purchase. My wife and I were able to replace it in just a couple of hours. Our awning was slightly different from the one shown in the Tough Top installation videos, but the differences were minor, and the videos provided enough information that we had no trouble figuring it out. I would definitely recommend Tough Top to anyone looking for a quality replacement RV awning.

My daughter and I installed 2 of them in a few hours. Looks great.
The awning fabric looks great. I had to use the original cord that holds the fabric in the top channel because the new one was slightly bigger and could not get it to slide in the channel.
Other than that it went great, don’t forget to pull out the screw driver used to hold the spring before trying it out.

We do not accept returns as these are custom made products.
Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all awnings to the lower 48 states only. We currently do not offer free shipping to stand-alone accessories.
If a customer has any “time constraints” please contact us and we will try and work within them.
We ship UPS. Once a shipment is entered into the UPS system, UPS will email customer with their shipping and tracking information.
