I was sent exactly what I ordered correct dimensions already have it installed works great

Product is great however there doesnt seem to be a mechanism inside the company to get a customer out of a jam. My soft connect ripped apart on my Patio Awning with now way to secure the awning in the stowed position to where you could drive the RV any great distance. Hence we were stuck almost 2 weeks. I asked if we could overnight the piece and they said no even though I was paying.
Sometimes I think suppliers to the RV industry really need to think about the industry they service and how their decisions impact their customers. Unfortunately most don't care!
